David is an experienced commercial transactions and business attorney, having most recently served as the sole North American Counsel for a European-based software company. He has assisted sales teams and account managers with drafting, negotiating, and closing SaaS and perpetual license agreements, as well as reviewing and advising the company on data protection agreements and privacy issues.

David also worked with a voice AI company, assisting global business development teams on closing deals in the United States, Europe, and Asia. He was a member of the vendor management team and negotiated all of the company’s procurement agreements. Additionally, his experience includes assisting start-up and early-stage companies to secure seed and venture capital funding, preparing formation documents, internal organization agreements, business plans, and marketing programs. His extensive experience with both companies has helped David provide successful strategic legal, contract negotiation, and document preparation to management and stakeholders alike. Technology was changing the arts and vice versa.
